It’s Hip Hop Baby Review and Giveaway (closed)

Talk about an entertaining experience! Anytime I get in the car or there’s some quiet time in the house, my son demands It’s Hip Hop Baby Once it starts, so does my son. The singing and dancing…..classic! My son loooooooves It’s Hip Hop, Baby!

It’s Hip Hop, Baby came to be whenever Candi Carter (who’s a mother of two) realized that there were very few educational children’s programs that used America’s most popular genre of music to educate toddlers and preschoolers. The first 4 volumes of CDs and DVDs are directed towards children ages 2-6. These CDs and DVDs make learning about animals, body parts, ABCs, and numbers fun with musical performances and interviews with the hip hop kids.

The songs included on It’s Hip Hop Baby have a very catchy hip hop beat. While watching the DVD I thought the kids were just adorable doing their singing and dancing. (Click here for a preview!) It’s very contagious. While my son will go around the house singing “ip op baby ip op baby” (he hasn’t mastered the h’s) I cannot say that I didn’t find myself singing the classic children’s songs like Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and the ABCs at very random times. Heck, after watching the DVD my son even tries to do the Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes dance in his car seat. I love the fact while my son is enjoying singing and dancing, that he’s also learning! Like I said, it’s a very entertaing experience.
