Thank You Creative Zing!

In celebration of their 2nd Birthday, Creative Zing (Promotional, event and social media marketing agency) had a Twitter (@creativezing) promotion where they wanted to know people’s worst birthday gift ever. The prize would be a Zing-customized Flip MinoHD. On a whim, I decided to submit mine. My older sister was always mean to me. Birthdays were no exception. On year she gave me a wrapped up boxed gift. When I opened it, I was sad to find a dead bird. First of all, it was a dead bird. Who the hell does that? LOL Second, the bird was dead. Poor bird.

Surprisingly enough, Creative Zing picked my entry as a winner and I won the Flip MinoHD! Who’da thunk a positive would’ve come from that! I was totally stoked! This camera has ended up being the greatest gadget! If you’ve seen my videos lately, (Soda Stream, Learning to Cloth Diaper) these have been filmed using the Flip. I love it! Thank you Creative Zing!

There is one drawback though. Somehow, my son has figured out how to use it. Not accurately but he knows how to start filming. So, when I’m uploading my videos I’ll find clips of this clips of that. He will walk into where I am with the camera on and go “Mommy, I see you”. As excited as he was to find this camera, he too has a thank you for Creative Zing. He’s a man of many words, but not really though.
