The BabyBam Collection Review & Giveaway (closed)

Ever since getting my son The BabyBam Collection hooded towel and wash cloth set, I’ve been singing the praises to everyone I know. You have got to get your child one of these! The towel and wash cloth set from The BabyBam Collection is the softest towel set I have ever felt. The Babybam Hooded Towel & Washcloth set is an ultra cute set! I love this set for sooo many reasons!

The BabyBam hooded towel/wash cloth set is sized at 30″x30″and is made from bamboo and cotton. To be precise, it is 60% Bamboo and 40% Cotton. Bamboo is perfect for babies delicate skin because it is naturally hypo-allergenic, naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, preventing odor, allergies and skin irritations. Oh, and the blend makes for a SUPER soft towel. It is very luxurious!

Most hooded towels for babies are made of a very thin cloth which provides no absorption. I’m guessing because they assume baby’s surface area is small and won’t retain a lot of wet. *shrugs* Not this towel! Noooo, it soaks up everything shortening the dry time for my son! Bamboo is actually FOUR TIMES more absorbent than cotton so this towel is ready to work! I love the hood, aside from keeping the heat in for smaller babies, this is a great way for me to dry my son’s hair. This hooded towel/wash cloth set is 100% organic, hypoallergenic, and great for the environment. Buying this set for your child is a small step to reducing your carbon foot print!

I’ve had this towel for a little while now to see really how well it would hold up. Wash after wash after wash, it still looks brand new! Bamboo has less shrinkage than cotton and will not pill. This holds very true! That makes this towel a frugal pick for me! Something green to save some green! If you can keep the same towel over time without it deteriating….that’s a significant plus!

I also had a chance to try out the BabyBam Little Lathers Organic Baby Soap. This soap is a blend of yarrow, calendula and aloe vera, which have been used for centuries to soothe, heal and protect delicate skin. The pure, mild castile Little Lathers Soap is freshly handcrafted with saponified, cold-pressed olive oil, wild yarrow, organic calendula, organic aloe, saponified castor oil, and pure essential oils of lavender and sweet orange. Sounds devine right? DS has sensitive skin and I couldn’t ask for a better soap. The presentation of the soap was unique. I loved it. You don’t just get a four sided bar of soap but yet three straight sides and a rough but smooth edged side. You just have to use caution with these soaps because they are not tear-free. You’ll love that these soaps are biodegradable and made cruelty free!
