The New Me Challenge 2009
Dh and I were talking about getting back on the excercise wagon a couple of weeks ago. As busy as our lives our with work and our child, it seems like we’ve backed off on that and put on the weight. This new year I really want to get back in shape. I know I can’t make my husband do it but hopefully I can set a good example and get him on track. My goal is to lose 30 pounds. Working out at home to ensure better health….can’t get more frugal than that!
My Pledge:
- I will walk at least 3 times a week
- I will work on my Wii Fit at least 3 times a week.
- I will eat smaller portions
- I will sincerely try to eat less sweets
- I will drink more water
- I will post my results good or bad every Sunday
